NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
If a damaged or defective item is received customers will receive the option to replace the item or receive a refund to the original form of payment. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, you must email a photo along with details of the defect upon receipt of the item to needsversuswants@gmail.com.
NEEDS VS WANTS reserves the right to determine if refund/replacement is necessary. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged from shipping or lost, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
